Integrative, Creative CBT in South-West London and Online
How I Work:
Therapy with me blends evidence-based approaches with a compassionate, personalised style. Every client is different, so we build a plan that fits you — not the other way around.
I combine structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with relational, creative, and trauma‑informed methods, supporting you to move beyond symptom relief toward lasting change.
Evidence-Based, Personalised, and Grounded in Real Life
Approaches:
Below are the key approaches I draw on. Integrating different methods allows me to tailor therapy to your needs, helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
-
CBT is a structured, evidence‑based therapy that helps you understand the links between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. By identifying unhelpful patterns, we work together to develop practical strategies that promote lasting change. CBT is effective for anxiety, intrusive thoughts, low mood, and many other mental health challenges.

(Currently in training)
DIT is a brief psychodynamic therapy that explores how relationship patterns influence your wellbeing. It offers insight into recurring challenges and supports deeper, sustainable change in how you relate to yourself and others. -
ACT helps you develop psychological flexibility, the ability to accept difficult emotions while committing to actions aligned with your values. This approach supports deeper self‑acceptance, meaning, and resilience, and can be particularly helpful for managing uncertainty, stress, and intrusive thoughts.
-
CFT fosters self‑kindness and emotional resilience, especially when you’re struggling with self‑criticism, shame, or high self‑expectations. It combines mindfulness with compassion‑based practices to build emotional balance and inner strength.
-
Integrating movement, breathwork, journaling, and art‑based tools, these approaches help you connect with your body and creativity. They can deepen insight, relieve tension, and complement verbal therapy by offering alternative ways to process emotions and experiences.
-
I do not deliver family therapy, but I draw on systemic family practice from my social work training to enrich my work with individuals. This means I consider how your family context might influence your experiences, as well as how your personal challenges may impact those around you. Drawing on principles from Systemic Therapy and Family Group Conferencing, I aim to enhance understanding of family strengths and needs, and support connection to helpful networks of care and support.
