Session Types & Fees
Individual CBT & Integrative Therapy in London
Assessment (90 minutes) — £150
A comprehensive session to explore your story, history, and therapeutic needs.
Therapy Sessions (50 minutes) — £95
Ongoing sessions tailored to your goals, pace, and personal circumstances.
Additional letters or reports are available on request.
I offer evidence-based, personalised therapy in London and online, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with relational, somatic, and creative approaches. Sessions are usually weekly or bi-weekly. An initial course of 6–12 sessions is often recommended, with longer-term therapy available where needed.

Talks, Workshops & Retreats
Designed to deepen personal growth, build resilience, and support wellbeing, I have extensive experience leading retreats, workshops, and team training for a variety of organisations and wellness settings. I have delivered talks in diverse contexts on wellbeing, self-care, and mental health, tailoring each session to the needs of participants. Sessions can range from single talks to day-long or weekend retreats, combining practical tools, reflective exercises, and evidence-based approaches.
Concessions
I reserve a portion of my practice for reduced-fee spaces for full-time students, those who are unwaged or in receipt of benefits, and carers. If cost is a barrier, please feel free to contact me, I’m happy to discuss availability or recommend alternative services.
A Note on Fees
My fees reflect the depth of training, experience, and care I bring to each session. As a dual-qualified Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I draw on years of clinical work and ongoing professional development to offer a thoughtful, evidence-based, and person-centred approach.
Fees are set in line with London therapy rates and take into account the time, preparation, and supervision that support each client’s care. This allows me to offer a consistent, high-quality service where your therapy is never rushed or standardised, but tailored to your unique needs and context.
